With experience across consulting, delivery, architecture and business management, Masood is aims to blend customer’s vision & aspirations with ground realism to enable customers achieve their transformation goals. With its Digital Business Platform, companies can better interact with their customers and bring them on new ‘digital’ journeys, enabling new business opportunities. In IoT, Software AG enables enterprises to connect, integrate, manage, analyze and predict their IoT landscape.

  • John Mickey

    Formerly of Red Hat and Ford Smart Mobility, John Mickey has created global multi-million dollar strategic partnerships in the manufacturing automation space with Dedem Mekatronik. As Product Manager at TransLoc, now Ford Smart Mobility, he created software products featured in Wired magazine and which are now the preferred transit tools of Google. As the founder of Izmir-based RPMA M2M IoT Türkiye, John and his team are now working to create the most cost effective, secure machine-to-machine IoT network in Turkey using state-of-art RPMA technology.

  • Nejat Unsal

    Born in Ankara in 1986, Nejat Unsal has always attracted the attention of foreign investment companies before his graduation in Turkey and Belgium. Having a wise head on young shoulders, Mr. Unsal has been providing consultancy services for investment companies & enterprises to localize and to expand their businesses in different geographies. Being awarded a scholarship by European Union, he studied also in Belgium, at “Université Catholique de Louvain” after his graduation from Hacettepe University. He has worked at Sisoft for 8 years and pointed out as the first one who provided this company to take part in other countries in terms of “Software Export” and maked the company First10 Successful Software Exporter in Turkey. Nejat Unsal has been working now at Ankaref as Managing Director at International Operations since 2016. He is married and has 1 son. He speaks fluent English and French.

    Döndü Ünal Haktar, Head of Corporate Projects Management HUGO BOSS Textile Industries, has18 years relevant working experience on executive level, e.g. expert in the area of manufacturing, organizational transformation and leadership development. HUGO BOSS Textile Industry is HUGO BOSS Group’s largest production facility, with nearly 3,800 employees. It has an annual production of up to 900,000 suits, two million shirts, and 550,000 pieces of women’s apparel. The factory developed its own roadmap around the Industry 4.0 “smart factory”transformation and effectively realizing its goals around digitization, automation, robotics and artificial intelligence with particular emphasis on people’s integration with technology.

  • Michel Anderson

    Michel Anderson is a Principal Director within the Accenture Resources practice, based in the Dammam Saudi Arabia. His expertise includes manufacturing operations management, supply chain management, operations excellence, performance management and complex system integration.Prior to joining Accenture, Michel worked for organizations such as BP/Amoco, SAP, IBM, Aspen Tech, KBR, ABB, and Foxboro.Michel has worked with multiple clients (e-g. BP, Bayer, BASF, Dow, Exxon, Shell, Q-Gas, INPEX-Australia , Reliance, HMEL, Petrobras, Braskem) across all geographies (Middle East, Brazil, NA, Europe, Asia, ANZ) .Michelcurrently works in the ME where he focuses on the Digital Strategy, Architecture and technology portfolios. His role is to transform Traditional models into a digital business technology platforms which are futuristic and leverages adoption of new generation technologies.

  • Katriina Valli

    Katriina is an entrepreneurial leader with 20 years of experience in ICT and all things digital. In 2017 Katriina was recognized as one of the top 100 IT influencers in Finland by a prominent local magazine Tietoviikko.Katriina was previously a RPA Evangelist and Lead Consultant and responsible for accelerating Robotic Process Automation business at Knowit. Prior to that she was an IT industry analyst at Gartner and held various positions at Citec. She has experience in international expansion and product development of high-end solutions.As for many Finns, Katriina`s career started with Nokia Networks where she managed the development of information management, including the SW partner management in the field.

  • Ali Erhan Binici

    Born in 1974, Nigde, Binici completed secondary and high school education in Icel Anatolian High School after his primary school graduation in Mersin. He graduated from METU, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1997. He started his professional life at NTTI (Nippon Telegraph & Telephone International). Later, he worked as a Consultant in World Bank for 7 years on Information Technologies. He contributed to putting many projects into practice such as Farmer Registration System, Direct Income Support, Aquaculture Resources Tracking, etc… Afterwards, he founded Ankaref in 2007 and realized unique projects in RFID industry. Erhan Binici is married and has 2 children.

  • Pete Wassell

    Pete is an IBM alumni with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. During his time at IBM, Wassell spent a majority of his career managing multimillion dollar programs, conducting business presentations in every major city of the world. Wassell graduated at the top of his class (presidential scholar) at Clarkson University’s engineering school, and also graduated from the JFK Special Warfare School (Special Forces) in the military. In addition to co-founding Augmate in 2014 after realizing the potential of wearable technology in the workplace, Wassell has also been a legislator who has passed 1000+ laws. Pete is a thought leader in the wearables industry. He an officer of the AREA (Augmented Reality for Enterprise Alliance), runs the ARNY Meetup (3000+ members), and the AR Glasses Group on LinkedIn (7000+ members). Previous to Augmate, Pete was a Director at IBM

  • Giuseppe Padula

    Giuseppe Padula, MSc, MBA, is Adj. Prof. of Digital Manufacturing Innovation at University of Bologna, Advanced Design Dpt. He is co-founder of the Executive Master in Business Innovation Design at Bologna Business School, and Scientific Director of the Italian Magazine ͚Industrie 4.0͛. He is nominated expert from the European Commission for the Digital Innovation programmes XS2I4MS and I4MSGrowth, and co-founder of the german start-up CloudSME, aimed to HPC/Cloud services brokerage, selected in 2015 as the most innovative start-up between 500 from the EU Commission programme Radar.He collaborates with many automatic machine manufacturers for Digital Trasformation projects.
